Sizing
How do I find my size?
Measure your bust at the fullest point and compare it with the size chart on the product page. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one for kurtis. The Fit Finder on each product page will suggest a size for you.
Do you have plus sizes?
Yes, many styles run up to 5XL. See the plus size collection.
Do you do alterations?
Ask at any of our stores. Simple alterations such as length and sleeve adjustments can usually be arranged; the store will confirm the time and cost.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Bengaluru 1-2 days, rest of India 3-6 days. Orders placed before 2 pm usually leave the same working day.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders above ₹1,499, otherwise ₹79. Store pickup is always free.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Use Track my order with your order number and phone number.
Exchange & refunds
What is your exchange policy?
Exchange within 7 days of delivery, online or at any of our stores, with tags attached and the garment unworn.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours with photos on WhatsApp and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. You can also pay at the store when you choose store pickup.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes. All prices include GST, and your invoice shows the tax breakup.
